Open Firefox
In the top-right hand corner of Firefox, click 
and then select 
You should then see list like this:
Select Clear Recent History...
Now you will see this window
Make sure the Time range to clear: is set to Everything
Make sure Cookies & Cache are selected under details.
Click Clear Now
Restart Firefox
