TechSmith Relay - Download & Installation Instructions

Intro

Camtasia Relay is getting a face lift! The new system has been renamed to TechSmith Relay and has some great new features as well as support for newer systems. With the addition of the new system, we will be shutting down the older Camtasia Relay service.

Download the Software

First, you will need to log into the Relay website.

Login Credentials

  • To log in, you will use your FNU Email address and Portal Password.

Once you log in, you will need to download the TechSmith Relay Client by going to Client Downloads on the right-hand side of the page.

After you go to Client Downloads, you will be given the option to download the Relay Recorder for your Operating System. (The image below shows Windows, but if you are using a Mac it will show the download for Mac.)

Click the download button that corresponds with your Operating System.

  • Windows Download
  • Mac OS X Download

After the download finishes, run the file.

Install the Software

After the installation completes, the program will launch.

You can log in here using the same credentials you used to log into the Relay website to download the software.
