Step 1: Open Google Calendar.
Step 2: Make sure you have week or day selected.
Step 3: Click where you want to create an event and select Appointment Slots.
Step 4: Setup the Appointment name then click Edit details.
Step 5: Customize the Appointment and share the link.
In this area you can edit the title of the Appointment, time blocks, where the appoint is and the description. Once everything is filled out as you like, copy the link and share it with people you would like to sign up for your appointments.
Additional information: You can have this appoint repeat by selecting the repeat button at the end of the Time block area.
