If you are experiencing issues enabling Flash in Google Chrome, follow these simple steps to enable Flash for video recording and webcam/microphone access.
Below is an example of Flash not working.
1. Click the Secure Lock icon in the address bar of Chrome.
2. Click on Site settings.
3. Find Flash, change the option to Allow.
4. Close the settings page, go back to the page with the Flash issue. Click on Reload across the top of the browser.
5. Reopen the app that originally had the issue, and you should now be prompted to allow flash.
This will work for generally any issue concerning Flash player with the new Google Chrome update version 69. For prior versions of Chrome, this will still work, but it is best to update Chrome first.
